My ethos is to bring you healthy eating without compromising flavour, (which people often complain is lacking in healthy alternatives) in the shape of artisanal high vibrational whole foods. I aim to elevate your tastebuds and educate you along the way through my delicious, yet healthy recipes that are never processed, naturally gluten free and contain no refined sugars, unusual superfoods, adaptogens and unexpected alternatives. Avoiding refined grains and pasteurised dairy in order to support you building a healthy gut; the gut is our second brain and a healthy gut is vital to our wellbeing. My stance is: if you are going to have a sweet treat, then aim for choices that are nutritionally dense and made from 100% natural ingredients. The ingredients I use are thought out, primarily organic, carefully sourced and nutritionally balanced.

All foods carry a vibration- so you need to be conscious of what you are exposing your body to. Think of it like a toxic person or situation you want to shield yourself from. The same applies to what you choose to eat. Everyone is biologically different so our nutritional needs vary— for instance, some of us can perfectly function on a full vegan diet, some thrive off eating red meat.

In essence, Kult Kitchen’s philosophy is that whatever you're going to eat, be conscious of the source, the vibration it carries, and try to eat organic where possible. That being said, just because something is organic does not necessarily make it good for you. It just means it hasn't been treated with chemical fertilisers or pesticides. The key is to eat as much fresh organic food as possible - packaged and processed organic foods can be just as unhealthy as non-organic food. I truly believe that educating yourself and making the decision to take your health into your own hands is the first step to healing any condition in the body...Heal thy self!
